Confusion!!!

Some of the questions are very confusing & hard to figure out what is needed.
Worse is when e-file was filled out with all the needed information, the system somehow didn't send the info & now, 2 days later I have to do it all over again. I am very NOT happy!!!

Turbo Tax is my "Go To" tax program!

I would love some more options for the "learn more" pop-ups. Some terms are not clearly explained, and I had to Google a lot of them to understand. Expert help was much appreciated, but it is pricey. I think $30-$40 is fairer.

This year was challenging with the required IRS digit PIN number; I also dont think the correct questons were addressed by Turbo Tax about whether or not an individual has a PIN number; the section in the Ohter Tax Situations simly asked the question if you receireceived a notice; it also is not clear in the Home and Business version. Also not happy that the product touts "free state' yet there is a $25 fee. I wanted a refund on my fee...it is so hard to find a way to communicate for service

TurboTax is very careless about preserving data.

I managed to file my taxes with this, but it deleted this year's and last year's files when it updated itself on tax day. I only had a backup for this year, so last year's file is permanently gone. And there's no option to have data online and on my desktop at the same time.

Have used TurboTax for decades - it's the best!!!

TurboTax is worth every dollar!!! Have used program for decades! It helps teach individuals about their Federal and State taxes and returns. Thank you TurboTax!!!

2007 - 2023 versions were better

i prefer the previous versions of turbo tax. the 2024 version is not as user friendly.
