2024 turbo tax is not easy to file anymore

did not engage tax expert. Used the tax advantage home-business tax product which I did not know required me to pay $21 more to efile my state.

THE ROBOT YOU HAVE ANSWERING THE PHONE NEEDS NEW BATTERIES!! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF INTURIT SINCE YOU FIRST STARTED IN THE 90s and this is frustrating and soooo annoying. after 40 years this should not be!!!
