Turbo Tax is difficult to uset for a senior.

I have used Intuit Pro Series for many years and retired from tax preparation this year. I was hoping Turbo Tax would be as easy to use, but it wasn't. And filing for Extension wasn't offered. It led me to another site and wanted to charge more to file it. I think next year I will just go to another tax preparer or AARP to get it done.

So frustrating

It gets more difficult each year. A few years ago it started with "circling". Repeatedly, when trying to determine what exactly was being requested, one step (click) would either take you to a minimal explanation or to something totally different, next step, another partial explanation or totally off the rail, etc and eventually a click would return you to the starting point... no wiser. The solution was to research the specific situation in another source. That seems to be resolved but the difficulty in navigating the task of inputing is still way too difficult.
