User-friendly and efficient

As a longtime user, this year was a bit more complicated for my taxes, and Turbotax made it pretty easy anyway. It was easier to refer back to an item if I find another expense than in the past, which I really appreciate, because I used to actually start over because I couldn't find where to add.
One star off because it took me in circles over HSA and told me I didn't check off months of insurance coverage that were already checked off.

Turbo Tax stop freezing!

The 2024 product freezes right before you are getting ready to file with federal. I have been using this product for more than 15 years and freezing has never happened before.
