We have been using turbo tax for over 15 years. The last few years have been difficult, and I feel like it's not 100% accurate. We have also experienced being on hold longer than normal so agents can search for answers.

No Way to Access Online Records from Past Years

I like using the software as I've become comfortable with it over the years. However, when I tried to review previous returns online for needed information, Turbo Tax showed record of past years, but I could find no way to access that information. That is a HUGE negative for me. Next year I likely will use a different piece of software.

Using Turbo tax is fairly easy. I have been using it for years.
I believe there is an easier way of explaining some of the situations than given. I had to visit the irs website numerous times for more clarifications.
