The Best Just Keeps Getting Better!

My recent help session with Susanne was perfect!!! She certainly knew the product, understood the issue I had, and we fixed it together efficiently, professionally, and with genuine concern on her part. I can't say enough!!

Easy to follow if you know something about taxes. Mine was a little more challenging than a basic W-2 return.

Charged for State filing

Turbotax does the job but want to upset to much

I purchase Mac turbotax each year and it gets my taxes done within a few hours times. However I feel turbotax is trying to see me too many upsells during the flow of completing my taxes ( Live Tax Advice, Turbotax advantage ). I find these intrusive and for me I don't need them so I wish you folks would just stop trying to get more money out me ( at least turn off these in the app when I don't need to asked about them ) .
