Long time customer. Loved where we have come from. Things seem to be degrading in quality.
The repeat questions and redundant data entry is not good. The help descriptions sound like AI-garbled legalese, e.g. You situation (non-passive, active contributor) may or may not have tax implications. With no clarifying commentary.

Losing Trust in TurboTax

I am really losing my faith in using Turbotax. Every year I experience some important errors that triggered errors that lead to a rejection. These are simple errors that TurboTax should've found during the error check. I got rejected for not answering the IP PIN question. They still haven't made it easy to know what many of the errors during the error checks. Some of the new jargons are complicated and TurboTax doesn't seem to provide any help to explain what they are. This will be my last year using TurboTax.

More expensive every year and every year you get less. The state download is an add on that used to be free. The walkthrough is wobbly and buggy.
