Excruciatingly tedious and utterly confounding.

This year Turbotax performed worse than in prior years. The instructions were confusing, there was too much extraneous information, and over all the program was so bad that I've decided that next year I will just hire a CPA to do my taxes.

Interface is cumbersome,...errors, constant upsell

too many errors caused by program importing income and a home business. user interface..when you complete a section it goes back to the topof that areas list rather than to where you are on the list...so you are always paging down the list after you finish a section. the constant upselling means i will be usi ng some other product next year

Easy to accomplish my taxes. I wish that the program ask for the option for the standard deduction as the beginning then I don't have to fill out my deduction and waste my time because at the end I needed to use the standard deduction anyway.

Nightmare Product - Avoid

What a joke. Why bother with tax software, importing last year's return, etc, if the software fails to note all the forms filed last year. Rejected by IRS twice and counting. Your mistakes. Not mine. Like having an accountant with has a head injury.
