More glitches this year and very frustrating that license ID and document number aren't saved from previous year and bank info is wiped out too. and the help section is not helpful and I miss the old video clips explaining topics

Buggy poorly designed program

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 8 years or so. This was by far the worst experience. The program was buggy and not very well programed. I feel like I got scammed out of my state e file $25 because the buggy system had a mystery error that shows up only when you try to file. The poor programming does not allow you to submit state e file only. I have already managed to get my federal filed. Not impressed. I will likely move on from this company, Very disappointed

Came back to Turbo Tax

Hadn't used Turbo Tax in about 6 years. Needed to this year. It was basically very easy even though I have rental properties now and was able to navigate pretty easily.

Hard to delete dividend and interest for named investment forms.I had inputs from charles schwab an could not get the copy deleted
