It was a little hectic, but you provided ample help for me. Three things I appreciated. I understand that English is a different language. I appreciated people who spoke it well. Help that always worked, with people who had knowledge was point two. Three. Thank you for sticking with your product. It has been great, and you mave continued to keep it great.

Trapped in Payment for Filing State Returns

You have circular logic in your payment cycle that is preventing me from completing my filing. This is rediculous that you would build this into your software where the only allowable form of payment is through deducting from our refund!!! FIX YOUR SOFTWARE OR I WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!

I love TurboTax. It is very user-friendly. I have used other tax programs, but find TurboTax to be the very best, so I continue to use it year after year.
