Turbo Tax is Mostly Awesome, except...

Have to re enter the same info like name, address, bank account info etc, multiple times. Would be better if this info was saved during the process so it only needs to be entered once. Otherwise, I've been using this software for many, many years and it always works great.

Turbo Tax was not as easy this year

THis year the 2023 data from my 2023 turbo tax did not come through fully to my 2024 return requiring MUCH MORE time on my part having a 2023 turbotax window up AND a 2024 Turbotax window up to MANUALLY transfer the data. FRUSTRATING! WHY!????

Turbo Tax feature "Live Expert" is great addition

I was impressed with the Live Expert option. After a problem with the first expert staying connected with my phone I called back and got connected with a different agent and she was extremely helpful walking me through a first-time rental property submission. Porshia helped me me understand the questions that applied to my situation as a new AirBnB owner.
