Use TurboTax Consistently, But I Have a Suggestion

I use TurboTax almost every year. One thing I would like to see is when there is something in the Review stage that needs to be reviewed, that the program takes me back into that item in the step-by-step view instead of showing me the form, or giving me the choice to see it in the form or in step-by-step.

I HAD to enter my information several times before it would take. Then I called for help and the gentleman was excellent and he stayed on the line with me until I resolved the situation and filed properly!

TurboTax is good and reliable. Used it for years

Have used Home & Business for many years. It's generally easy to use, considering the complexity of my taxes. This year, Import for Investments was more convoluted. I wish I could match the accounts from last year with the downloads this year. This has been the case for many years, but it was more difficult this time, due to the redesign of the main import page.
MY K1 import and tables are difficult to use. K1 reports are confusing from the get-go. I always wonder if I have them loaded correctly.

Turbotax is great for personal taxes, but with this year being my first year filing business taxes, I was mis-informed on what software package to purchase which led to filing complications.
