Im usually happy with the program, but this time it said that my state taxes to efile would be $20.00 and I was charged $25.. Why?

Frustrating

Doing taxes is frustrating. Doing taxes on Turbotax is also frustrating. My biggest problem is printing. I cannot print a copy to review. I cannot print to keep a file copy. I tried to reboot my computer, update my (Mac) computer and downloaded adobe acrobat (free version). No success. I went back to my old return from 2023 and was able to print. At the end I was not able to e-file because Turbo tax needed to be updated. I had some difficulty getting the updates. At that point I couldn't e-file and couldn't print, frustrating. After rebooting I was able to e-file.

I Like Turbo, But It's Costly!

Turbo tax is excellent, though, I do find it to be too expensive for the level of service we require.

TurboTax Is Amazing!

I love TurboTax. This was my first year filing a Personal + Business return and it was seamless. I paid the extra $50 for expert help and it was money well spent. I might have gotten a little bit more back had I paid for an accountant, but it wouldn't have been much. Thanks, Intuit, for making taxes a breeze.
