Help needs help. So does your web site linkage.

Turbo Tax has done the job for me every year for nearly 30 years. However, your help screens and your Assistant feature are unsatisfactory. the Help is not expansive enough on many subjects. The AI Assistant function often does not work, and when it does work to bring up a semi-useful screen the advice is weak, irrelevant, or ambiguous, and the hot spots may not work. It doesn't take me to any specific area of my tax forms for an entry change and typically suggests a contorted process to respond or access the forms. If I click to go to Intuit web site it says "not working right now" or something similar.

Now TT says I have not e-filed yet

Charged my credit card $25 for state filing showed the receipt, printed the receipt. Tried to print to pdf, then. TT locked up and closed. Now TT says I have not e-filed yet.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Tax advisor was no help!

I like the turbo tax program. However sometimes from year to year the questions change on the very same topic and it makes it challenging to answer the questions. I paid for the tax advise for one of the returns I prepare. The tax adviser was no help at all and couldn't help with either of my questions. In attempting to do something for me, she was reviewing my return and said it had an incorrect number. When I followed along with her, I was able to explain to her that she was adding a number instead of subtracting it. It was very frustrating that she didn't seem to understand the program and I understood the forms more than she did. It was very disappointing and was a waste of my time and my money.

Not very good. Not user friendly. I am able to navigate it because I have been using it more the 25 years.

Multi Year Turbo Tax User

I have been a long time turbo tax user. I think the product is good. The ability to download information from financial firms is extremely helpful. More depth there would be nice. For example I use a credit union that is one of the largest in the US and I can't pull forms from it yet: Tinker Federal Credit Union in OKC, oklahoma would be a great add. I also think there is room to move up another level of ease of use with AI now. Imagine an agentic approach that pulls the data for you once you identify merchants, and account nos plus credentials. That would be very helpful
