Turbo tax is OK!

Turbo Tax is OK as long as one does not have to deal with non-US retirement income. Then it becomes painful!

The worst experience I have ever had - DO NOT BUY!

I have used Turbo taxx for years but this year it was different, it did not bring forward any information from previous returns like in past years, it said it could not find any previous returns even though I still have TurboTax 20.23 and 2022 on my computer. And then the real problems was when I tried to efile my return was rejected because of my IP PIN #, the IRS gave me a 6-digit number and Turbo tax would only let me use 5 digits, I contacted the IRS and they said if Turbo Tax wouldn't take the 6 digits that I would need to print out my taxes and mail them in, which is what I had to do. I will never use Turbo Tax again!!!!!!

clunky, unclear, many conflicts. One time telephone help was very helpful. biggest headache is the page layout. the NEXT button is always way down off the screen. need to scroll and search. so you go through 10 screens that don't apply, but you can't just hit NEXT NEXT NEXT. you always have to scroll around and find the button. the NEXT should be right below the lowest line of text on the screen.

Every year I have to search for a place for my SEP contributions. I have to go to forms.

MY Worst Year with TURBO TAX, EVER!

Turbo Tax Download is stress full and glitchy. Turbo Tax is very difficult at the end trying to review. it is Glitchy It is not nearly as good as the CD or DVD. I hated it this year. It was not any fun at all. It didnt want to print. It was hard to review. It ran much slower than the CD DVD. I don't feel comfortable with a download. I like having the CD DVD

TurboTax Live Premium is Not Ready for Prime Time!

I have been doing my taxes using TurboTax for over 30 years. This year, rather than the desktop version I have used in the past, I attempted to use your Live Online Premium Version. I am extremely disappointed. The online version put me in never ending data input loops. It also failed to properly calculate my QBI. In order to address these problems I had to purchase the desktop version and import my data from the online version. This wasted hours of time and with that my confidence in your product offering was destroyed. I may use the desktop version again next year, but I will not use or recommend to anyone your Live Premium version ever again. Why would you release a buggy version of your product?
