TTX is still my favorite, but always throws errors

It would be very helpful if there was a single or double character indication on all fields to advise, when a value greater than zero is not appropriate, whether a zero value should be entered in that field or should be left blank. Some fields will hang up if the unacceptable entry is inputted and with throw an error only at review time, and the error CANNOT BE CORRECTED during the review process and a link to the actual TTX data entry section is not provided. (Yes the line and field are shown on the screen during the review, but the field is not correctly entered programmatically, and is inaccessable.

Program is easy to use. It would be good to have a way to understand how some entries affect other entries instead of trial and error.

TurboTax was "meh" this year

I have used TurboTax for years without any issue, but I did have problems this year. It would not calculate my entered deductions until after I exited the product and came back. Very unusual and frustrating for me. Hopefully it will be much better next year.
