Add-on State Filing Junk Fee

No software glitches this year!!

For the past 4-5 years that I used TurboTax, there were glitches in the software (e.g. data fields that were not enabled, etc.) that required me to spend hours on the phone with your help desk for resolution.
This year, I did not come across any glitches.

TurboTax is a great product

I have used TurboTax for decades. I am completely satisfied with the product. I have also used phone-in advice, which has saved me thousands of dollars and has given me peace of mind knowing that my state and federal returns are correct.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Some of it is cumbersome, like always going back to the beginning instead of continuing where I left off. Also I included a 1099-NEC form and it acted like i never entered it. Had to check a few times to make sure the data was actually entered.

I had a really good experience with Turbo Tax. The assistance that I received was amazing. The Tax Professional via phone was knowledgeable, but also kind and compassionate too. I had a unique situation, dealing with a loved one who had passed away and I needed to file on their behalf. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you again for your professionalism, knowledge and kindness. I really am grateful for having used the TurboTax services and highly recommend them for all of your tax needs!
