BEWARE OF NEW $60 OFFER.

I was clicking along and ended up buying tax advice for $60. It was not the same as the $60 for Audit Defense. I would have removed it but it charges your card immediately. I feel like I got rooked into buying something I didn't want.

The advertisement is for 1 Free State E-File. I was charged $25.00 for the only state E-File I did.
Buyer beware, you will be charged $45 to E-File the Federal Return, yet nothing is mentioned on the product package you purchased.

Turbotax forcing purchase of Audit Defense

I prepared 3 taxes for family members with Turbotax package that included 1 audit defence. TT software forced me to pay for another audit defense ($60) while e-filing state taxes despite de-selecting Audit Defense in a previous step.

this year was the worst! I had to literally become a cpa to do my taxes. the software is very buggy. and the instrutcions are not very clear as they used to be.
