You make these products more unintuitive every year - kind of ironic that your company's name is "Intuit", because they are not. The lack of support next year for Windows 10 gives me an excuse to use another approach (and I have been using TurboTax for 25 years). Really an example of how to run a successful product into the ground.

Still problems that shouldn't exist

Lots of problems and errors in entry of downloaded information. Program kept producing a Schedule C for a 1099-MISC for stock lending (which is not correct). It's very difficult to delete pages created in error by program.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Frustrated with the Online

I am thankful to have my taxes filed by turbotax. The desktop version was useful (4 stars). The online resource was only frustrating (1 star). I have used Turbotax for many years.

Turbo Tax no longer trustworhty!

Have used Turbotax for over 10 years without any issues. This year was a nightmare. LInks to forms are not accuarate, wait for "expert advice", paid with extra cost, are not accurate. Next year I will hire a professional tax advisor!
