I had a serious issue with a double entry of a home sale that would have meant a $39K check to the IRS. Your associate was extremely helpful getting that fixed, so I actually have a refund coming!

Turbotax keeps giving additional sales pitches even after having paid for it. I already paid over $100, now they want that extra $60 for "protection". Then there is the extra fee for electronic filing.
