Love Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is easy to use, although I need to look some things up when it gets into ISOs.
My one complaint is that I keep getting charged for the state electronic filing, even though I get a free state filing with my federal Turbo Tax Home & Business. This has happened twice to me, right when I'm about to send them in.

TurboTax Guarantee No True and Hard to Collect

I work in Michigan and live in Indiana which has a reciprocal agreement. Taxes for Indiana were pulled out of my paycheck at both of my jobs. TurboTax only credited me the taxes from one of my jobs, giving me an extra $293 I had to pay in taxes. I went into the forms to try to correct this and it kept giving me an error.

Printing is miserable
