User experience is brutal

It's the same every single year. So many needless software issues. Example - all I want to do is apply my 24 refund to next year. The search function will not take me to that area and when I go to the forms directly, it won't let me edit the numbers.

Disappointed with charges e-file

Disappointed with the state filing. If you have to file additional attachments why e-file state and get charge when you have to mail in additional documents. Would NOT have e-filed and paid if I had to mail in additional documents. Disappointed you didn't put that 1st so we have a real choice instead of charging to e-file and having to still mail stuff in.

TurboTax is getting more user-friendly

Turbo Tax is going in the right direction towards user-friendliness. I didn't have to use it this year, but Intuit Turbotax needs to adopt or embrace more Artificial Intelligence, namely or similar to ChatGPT.
