Simple & straightforward way to do your own taxes

Been using TurboTax since the 1980's. It's the easiest way to do your own taxes. I've had 3 businesses I've reported for. Almost everything is explained to you & if you need a professional, they have them available now. It's a great way for you to fully understand your personal & business profit & loss & where you should make changes next year. Well worth the effort.

What a W-2 employee needs with a couple side gigs

Great product, walks you through everything. Got hung up on a form that wouldn't allow me to E-file unless I printed out a form and mailed it in but a simple search on TurboTax cleared it up and I was able to E-file

Please make "continue" more accessible.

The software is very easy to use technically and I have been using for more than 10 years, but I am regularly frustrated that the "Continue" button is often below the bottom of the screen and requires a manual scroll down to move forward with the process.

Scummy Fee taints experience

Scummy practice of hiding a 40 Fee for deducting the 25 state fee from your federal return. Overall good, but the benefits of the business upgrade were not worth it. wasted $50

Lack of integration with QBO is unforgivable.

This 1 star review would go immediately to a 5 star if one thing changes: Integration of Quickbooks Online so that TurboTax can EASILY import my company file. Right now, the only way to get QBO company data into TT home and business is through a migration tool available only if you download a trial copy of QB desktop and convert your company file to something TT can read. This is a shameful flaw in what should be a seamless integration of two Intuit products. Nothing easy or intuitive about it.
