Frustrated

I was really frustrated this year because the system kept having a computer glitch and doubling my information and I had to manually take out stock sales. Very frustrating when I've used Turbo Tax for so many years and thought I could rely on your software.

No transfer

Turbo Tax did not transfer 2023 information to my 2024 return. For 15 years it has done this. Not this year.
Way too much time going back and forth from old return to new, You needed to close out the old return and start the new return every time

Bring back the disc!

Purchasing Turbo Tax from a retailer, the license key was very difficult to enter. First finding where to enter, second fraudulent sites that caused errors. One fraudulent site representing Intuit Turbo Tax stole my identity and sold me a virus package for $500.00.
