I pay a lot for the Home & Business version of Turbo Tax yet it is junky. I made an entry error on my Schedule C form and instead of being able to edit my entry, I had no choice but completely delete the form and re-enter all of my data and link my forms. A complete waste of time. I will look for another way to file next year.

Mediocre program

Mediocre for new business - zero info on startup expenses or carry forward losses. Also program choked (had to force shutdown) when I tried to import data from 2023. Inexcusable. Many of the questionnaires are poorly drafted including the 529 plan disbursements.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Terrible refund processing fee

Turbo Tax refund processing is terrible. Even when I choose to apply all my refund to next year estimate tax, the software will NOT let me go to next step unless I pay for the $40 refund processing fee, or I can't proceed to the next step. It is robbery! Terrible!

Been a user since windows connected to the web.... this is still the best product for dealing with Taxes.
Tried the 'marketed' alternatives and they always seem to glitch or freeze at the worst time; followed by an exasperated discussion with a well meaning temp brought in to handle the 'high' season

Excellent program. I have been using TubroTax for over twenty years and have always been very happy with the program. When needed there is always a link to explain anything I need help with.
