Always seem to have a problem which requires me to contact customer service. Full report always requires add'l time to get final version of certain files and delays timely filing. Price to obtain next year Turbo Tax is higher than I can obtain online or in major retailers

You still need to go through returns several times to catch all the possible deductions.
