Worst year ever

I found many instances where the software wouldn't calculate and enter information. Instead I had to manually enter on the proper form.

Good software but not terribly user-friendly

The step-by-step instructions are pretty good; however, filing jointly with a small business was a very confusing process; seems moreso this year than in past years. Once I put in the information, I could not get TurboTax to give me an option to go through every entry again. I had to save, get out of the application, then restart it in order to do so. I've been using TurboTax for many years; last 3 years has included small business.

Really Got Stumped This Year!

Had more difficulty this year than in prior years. Couldn't figure it out. Got the Live Tax Advice. Problem identified & solved. Taxes successfully e-filed. Hurrah!!!

The program did not bring forward my 2023 California Capital Loss Carry forward. I expected more for $100!
Password fields could not be pasted into the form. Ever try to enter a 25 number/letter/punctuation password with lots of O and 0, i L and 1's?

After 35 years, I still depend on TurboTax to help with my tax return. It's gotten more and more complex over that time, but still easy enough. Some basics slip sometimes though, like insisting that I reprint forms
(1040-V) again, as though the program forgot that it just printed the forms. That sort of tiny glitch, doubtless, in this instance because of the cooperation with Acrobat, allows one to wonder how many more (in)signifigant oversights are glossed over or just missed. Worrisome.
