Its way to hard to find and download the desktop software on your site. The checkout process is too long. The cost for state flings should be known more clearly up front so we can accurately include that in the deductions. EVERY CELL ON TURBO TAX SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO DOUBLE CLICK AND GO TO THE FORM YOU ARE ENTERING IN TO AND/OR PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION FOR THE NUMBER. Too often I see a number on TT and I can't figure out where it came from. Do you do this intentionally so we'll pay for more help?
