Long Time TurboTax User - And Plan to Use It Again

The process of preparing my taxes through TurboTax was very easy yet complete. The walk-through using Q/A is very nice, but having all forms available, and having an integrated search tool made the whole process very smooth.

Excellent step by step guide

Excellent step by step guide to all sections. Excellent detail available on most topics. Excellent printout for filing by mail and for records.
CA return required company business code for CA Form 3514, but did not print that form for filing or records. Apparently, the business code (NAICS code) is a new CA reqirment this year.

Pretty good program

Had to call for help and found the problem was cookies. Program has some deficiencies and non-intuitive areas when you get beyond the basics. Did appreciate that the help was included in the price.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments
