Awesome Program for Families and Business, but ...

Turbo Tax for Families and Business is an awesome product. The help sections and available chats for specific questions are helpful. We like how it tracks and brings forward prior year info for business expenses for comparison.
my only complaint is when using the forms view instead of step-by-step, you can't just jump from a forms answer line back to the questionnaire walk-through section where you answered specific questions (possibly incorrectly). Sometimes hard to find what things went wrong that need to be revised and reviewed.

Rejected returns

Turbo Tax allowed me to finish my taxes after all reviews without directing me to enter my PIN supplied by the IRS causing my returns to be rejected. I'm very unhappy and will go elsewhere next tax season.

Not Afraid of Complicated Returns

Now it's about 5th year, it's becoming more easier to do our business tax. We were a bit unnerved as we had a different type of income this year but Turbo Tax did not let us know with that process either.
