Easy to Use the Software!

I had little, if any problems this year using the software! I do not like the idea that Turbo may not work with Win10 for 2025 though, because I didn't intend to buy a new computer, being the fact my Dell is only about 3 years old! Not Cool!

Why so many duplicates of information?

How many times do I have to answer the same questions that I should never have to answer? It asked at least 4 times about filing state taxes when I selected a state that does not have income taxes. Had to fill in personal information that was pulled in from past taxes. Seems like almost no effort is put in on the customer experience.

Will be hiring a CPA in the future

This was the worst experience I've had with TurboTax after using the product for over 20 years. Everything requires a lot of unnecessary clicking through things to actually enter data. I'm not sure the upload of financial information from my investment advisor worked as it should (fingers crossed!).

You're Throwing Me a Nasty Curve for 2024

Normally your product is excellent. However, this year (last year also, except that last year your software somehow enabled the fix) you threw me a real curve by NOT fixing an item when I tried to. Over and over your software DID NOT allow a deletion, and then your e-filing would NOT permit me to e-file because the return had an error! I refer to SCHEDULE C, Part II, Line 27b. I show "0." on that line which is "the error," but you won't let me delete it! Also the verbiage says I must attach Form 7205 which TurboTax CANNOT provide for me!! Since when do I have to attach a Form when all I'm entering is a ZERO!!??? Without the form (which I must get from the IRS, but it's too late on April 14th) your e-filing WON'T WORK and now I must file my return by mail. This is beyond stupid. And terribly inconvenient. PLEASE ALLOW THE SOFTWARE TO ACCEPT WHEN THINGS LIKE ZEROES NEED TO BE DELETED!!!!!!!!!
