Turbotax is an utter nightmare. I hate using this software and I feel like I'm forced to on an annual basis. It is almost never calculated correctly, constant errors, difficult interface. Extremely difficult to get answers on their site when something doesn't make sense. Sometimes you will get errors that throw you in circles for hours. My neck gets sore just thinking about using this software. Words cannot describe how much I despise Intuit.

some things are somewhat hard to figure out, could not download investments from
my daughter's account. I am used to using it, but I got confused on the difference between
online version and the new Desktop. I thought Desktop version meant there was a disc so I did not
recognize the new desktop is the same but no disc. I purchased two items by mistake.

Turbo Tax makes it easy!

Turbo Tax asks questions to make sure all of my entries are complete and makes sure all errors are corrected.
