Intuit Turbo Tax home and profesional has errors

I believe the result is wrong, why we are paying a federal tax with that low income for 3 people with very low and no regular income?. I believe you didn't discount our home offfice expenses. It make no sense that the federal government is asking us for more money instead to giving us any support to pay for our shelter, food, education, and health.

This year I had two State filings. My previous State filings could be imported from last year's filing rather I have to tell I have to file jointly again.

Disappointed with State return

Federal return was fine. Mass state return failed to create 2025 estimated tax payment vouchers. It was a challenge to find the blank forms in the application and I had to hand write in the personal info in order to submit payment for Q12025. This did not happen in past years

The software this year was difficult to get around in and very unclear. I have used TurboTax for 35+ years and this is the first time I have had any issues with it.

had i9ssue with inputting box 7 on 1099-g no question was brought up. had to go to forms to input data it did not accecpt it the first try did work on second attemp. home and business edition
