I have always purchased the cd from Turbo Tax. I was worried about not having all my information for this years taxes. I managed. Not happy that you took that away from us. The program was easy to navigate.

I have used TurboTax for many years and have been very pleased with the software. Unfortunately, this year's software has changed dramatically...sheets were not linked to capture the data inputted, it was extremely difficult to figure out how to erase information that was incorrect, there wasn't an expedient way to delete a form that was no longer needed. It seemed that "errors" were inserted to make me have to buy the $60 tax advice to figure out how to make my entries populate corrrectly. Very disappointing!

Fonts sized used in the windows are to erratic . Many fonts are too small to read, and others are Elephant size,. The difficulty working with this takes too much time and effort navigating forward and backwards to the appropriate windows.

Excellent tax software

This is the 4th year I have used TurboTax and I'm hooked. It's fairly easy and the explanations are very helpful. A suggestion would be to have suggestions for the state forms or a link to each state tax website, because having to toggle back and forth to get clarity for a state question was annoying.
Overall TurboTax is so easy anyone can do their taxes with no help. I would recommend it to everyone.
