Live Help was a BIG HELP!

We had a couple of tricky tax situations this year and I was able to use the Live Help who provided me with some very solid advice to give me confidence to file. He spent over an hour with me and was able to view my screen and walk through everything.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Almost a perfect tax solution

I have used Turbo Tax ever since I can remember, takes all the hassle out of it. The only issue I have as they want to pull your renewal funds in November and I want to wait until I'm ready to work on my taxes.

More clunky this year the previous with the interest, investments, etc. entry. The "new" graphic interface for these entries is less convenient than in past years. Still a solid product.
