Not really helpful.

1. Qualified Charitable Deductions are not addressed, have to search for the form, many people will not, same thing happened in the 2023 return, I had to go back and file an Amended 2023 to capture my QCD's. An awful negligence on Intuit;s part.
2. Business and Home Version not as good as DeLuxe.on the business side.Paid extra and did not see any benefits for the business version (self-employed with deferred compensation)
3. Intuit doesn't field user's questions but relies on reader's forum, dicey at best and very clunky to use

I kept getting an error during the final review which was preventing me from filing my federal taxes, so I called TurboTax. As it was April 14, I assumed I would have a long wait on hold, but amazingly someone came on the line right away, was very nice and patient, as well as extraordinarily helpful, which is very rare nowadays, in general. Within a few minutes, she helped me resolve the problem and I was able to successfully e-file my taxes.
