No longer a use friendly product

This application was very complicated to use this year and its frustrating it will not let me efile state or federal tax. Now I need to have access to PDF and Adobe acrobat to print this accurately for filing

Really poorly executed software this year

Lots of problems this year. Most noteworthy, cannot efile federal tax extension. Inexcsable. I have been considering alternatives to TurboTax for years, next year I will be trying a competitor software. Also, the AI based "search" function that doesn't actually search is abysmal.
