TurboTax is NOT awesome.

Turbotax continues to be cumbersome and awkward. Too many ambiguous question statements with double negatives.
Why on earth am I being asked for Payers TaxID numbers at the moment I am about to file. This should have been asked at the time I was being asked for everything else.
Also sometimes "continue" and "back" buttons are below bottom of the screen.
Indeed when entering my name and billing address, while attempting to pay for my state e-file, there was such a hidden button and no scroll bar to reach it.

Can't buy Audit Defender

I was not able to launch Audit Defender Purchase because the button on the Turbo'Tax page (bottom) was off my screen so I wasn't able to buy Audit Defender.

Quick, convenient overall experience from SW download through tax return submission. Would be nice if newer SW versions could display more of the previous year's return details.

GLITCH AFTER GLITCH....
KEPT TELLING ME I HAD WRONG SCHOOL DIST CODE, IT WASNT..... HAD TO START OVER.
