An excellent option is the live tax advice. The software is responsive and provides all the guidance necessary to file both the federal and state forms.

User Interface Totally Broken over prvious years

I''ve been using Turbo Tax for DECADES. The changes made this year to enter investments is 1000% Broken. Most AWFUL user interface I've ever seen on ANY piece of software. Used to be direct, and easy to add, edit, and change. Now takes forever to make a few entries. I will never buy Turbo Tax again. Could not be worse!

Simple to use in home and business. Like the fact it copies everything over from the previous year and prompts you to verify if you have the same the current year.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

Disappointed after 35 years of use.

I have used Turbo Tax for 35 years. I am disappointed that the site would not let me complete the payment for Audit Defense and the buttons to file Federal & State electronically were not operational. I wanted to File federal electronically but mail in the state. Very disappointed....Please fix these bugs.

I have used Turbl Tax for the last number of years and it is excellent. Makes it easy for a person that doesn't have alot going on to fill taxes.
