State not so great.

Federal returns are easy with Turbo. Doing the state is terrible each year. Make it better please.

TurboTax 2024 - many glitches/bugs in the system

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. I file both business taxes and personal taxes every year. This year TurboTax seemed to have quite a few glitches/bugs in their system. In the past 20+ years, I have never had to call the Help Line for help - but this year, I called at least 3 times and each phone call I spent at least 1 hour on the line with each phone call. I've lost my confidence in TurboTax and their accuracy.

Turbotax is getting harder and harder to understand. I did not call in for help, but did use google for some of the understanding I needed to finish. I will probably hire an accountant for next year.

TurboTax is sneaky

I am disappointed not in your product as i believe it is acceptable. I am disappointed in the fees you believe you are entitled to charge after paying for the software. If i had know prior to purchasing this product I would have gone with a different company. You are just another example of not being upfront with your prices and charging what you think you can as if you didn't already make enough on the software.
