You've no longer my favorite. Every year its harder to e-file and load the program. Don't like the idea of eliminating the cd version. Need to load on another computer due to a crash and you didn't help me at all!!

TurboTax is Terrible!

Many glitches and screen freezes for 10-15 minutes, which force me to quit out of the tab and loose all the saved progress. I did save before hand but once force quit due to loading screen, it deleted all my progress. It is hard to navigate if you don't complete your entire file in one go.

I do like using your program, however the states will break the bank. 49 dollars for each state then 25 to efile is outrageous and yes I know I can send paperwork in. I have been using turbo tax now for 20 years

Turbo Tax is great but this year the state form had errors in the property tax and exemptions which we had to override. Program was up-to-date as April 14th. Could not easily find a way to report problem.

TurboTax - understandable and user friendly

The software is understandable and user friendly for a layperson. I've been using it for a couple of decades now and the question and answer format to completing tax forms has gotten better and better - or maybe I've just gotten better at answering! I am pleased with the product, and on the occasions when I've had to speak with a live representative, those interactions have been positive.
