Unable to update Turbo Tax Home & Business-Desktop

Not able to update, so unable to e-file federal returns that were included in my purchase. Wasn't confident that my returns were correct, since no updates were made. In looking at online comments on the website, it appears I was not alone in this problem. Also disappointed that Form 8582-CR Passive Activity Credit Limitations is not included in the software. I would appreciate if your website would have a way to compare the different versions of the software, so that I know I am buying what I need to complete my taxes. I would like to see what forms are included with each version.

LAME option for Self-Employed persons!

This product completely sucks for self-employed tax payers. It's buggy and if you have any questions about your particular situation you are guided to pay extra $ to speak to an "expert". Upon reading the fine print of this option you will see that your "expert" might be an AI. Or it might be a human - no way of knowing until you pay. Save your $ and hire an accountant!

Sending paper is bad idea

No help with foriegn LLC filing. We need 5471 but can't file it even though we have no attachments. Paper is the only way :(

Many years I have enjoyed preparing my tax with confidence utilizing your yearly TurboTax software. However, today I am having issues trying to enroll and take advantage of the Audit Defense. I am dissapointed that I can not use my credit card to purchase it.
