I've been using Turbo Tax for decades and have had good success with it. It's user friendly and gives options to walk through everything or go to specific areas. So far, it has been accurate enough that I've never been questioned by the state or IRS.

Tax file corrupted

I had to start all over again because the file was corrupted and I could not get back in to update and add pin after it was rejected. I had to pay $25 twice for the state return because Turbo Tax file was corrupted!

Turbotax is good.

Turbotax 2024 wouldn't automatically include info from my 2023 turbotax. Frustrating. Also the 2024 Turbotax wouldn't allow me to enter the month 01 for my credit card from the dropdown list 01 for January, same thing in 2023. Please fix these things for 2025.
