Stop the SURVEYS -- PLEASE

I have been using TurboTax to file my tax returns for over 25 years, but I HATE all of these surveys. Whoever thought up the idea of including all of the surveys in the Desktop version should be fired. I specifically do not use the Online version because of the surveys and now it seems you have infiltrated by Desktop version with surveys, too. Please create a "no survey" version of your program. Thanks!

First Time Tax Filing Made Easy for Beginners

Makes filing taxes a breeze. You still need to have papers and forms ready to input but the questions it asks you make the process much simpler and more user friendly.

State of PA problem with software

I purchased the software to file in PA but it did not work properly. I was stuck in a loop on questions pertaining to my retirement that had nothing to do with PA (California income). I ended up filing a paper copy for PA so now need to try to seek a refund from you for the $25 paid for PA. This happened last year also and I was able to use PA Turbo after waiting to get help on the phone and instructed to delete a file to make it work. This is too much trouble and so just used paper. I've used Turbo Tax for years but may not use it next year as there are many free apps out there I understand.

Good, but flow for State filing sucks!

Generally, my experience was good - except for the end of the process where I wished to file via mail for my state return. Something seems to have changed with the program and it was very confusing for me until I spoke to one of your agents over the phone. In my case, I filed my Federal electronically in the first pass and then expected to come back through those steps to file State by mail. What I found out is that I had to select "file Federal by mail" on the fist page in order to have the opportunity to make that selection for State. VERY BAD user experience since I would never have guessed I need to pretend to file Federal by mail (hence my frustration) in order to have the OPTION to file State by mail. You need to fix this. I understand you may want to push e-file for State returns, but the way you have it makes me consider whether I should continue to use your product.
