QBOnline won't import into TurboTax!

I was quite frustrated with intuit turbo tax this year. I had used turbo tax for years until I became fully self-employed and then hired an accountant. My accountant helped me set up quickbooks online and did my taxes for the past three years. I took over this past year when I took a full time job and just had my business on the side. I was wildly frustrated that I couldn't import my Quick books online into Turbo Tax! I tried all the work arounds (I have a Mac) and was asked to import the files into Windows and then into a Mac file and then into Turbo Tax! Absolutely not reasonable for two intuit products. I will now be getting rid of quick books and may not use Turbo Tax next year.
