Tired of being asked to pay

I've used Turbo tax for a long time - probably 20 years. The product itself is great, but the plethura of captive audience ads is tiresome at best. I'm happy to pay one higher price to get everything, but if you keep up with the nickel and diming, you stand a good chance of pushing me away. This time, I had to pay 4 separate transactions to file my taxes. One for the product, one for an extra state, one for audit defense and one to e-file with each state. I was also offered 3 additional payment options and then asked why I didnt buy tax help. Maybe Im tired of being asked to break out my credit card.

I should of used Turbo Tax last year.

I was so stressed about filing my taxes because I owed so much last year. But this year was much better because I used turbo tax. I think I will amend last year taxes and do them with turbo taxes also.
