Not thrilled, constantly upselling

I like H&R better, but bought a TT deluxe version and still had to upgrade because I had a K-1. It ended up being way more expensive to use TT. To file is more complicated. it doesn't automatically guide me with what papers I need and what to print. I always e-file federal but print state - just cheaper to mail than e-file. TT is very complicated to get back to state forms to file after I e-filed. I was also able to five 5 returns for buy kids with H&R without having to rebuy stuff. Not satisfied and will go back to H&R next year.

Font too small, but software was straightforward

I really wish you had larger print on a Mac. It was difficult to see.

Have been using for years. Like that information can populate from previous years. Like how I am guided thru but if I want to check something I can go right to it.

i've used the software for 10 years noow and find it to be comprehensive and thorough. I did have to manually adjust some of the entries in the form 3903. When I answered the questions according to the guide, Turbo tax ended up double counting income. I had to manually change the form too ensure the income was not double counted.
