Turbo needs improvement, but not did so

so many glitches during number reporting. it was very annoying that the back click was not working as a step back rather than going back to the first step and have to go through all questionnaires and choices that have been done already.

Form 8999T errors prevent efiling!

Program is not bad. I think the error messages I received regarding my HSA and the HDHP (which I do not have) left me frustrated. I could not transmit my returns- after I already paid the $40, becuase of an error with the HDHP. Again, I do not have one nor did I indicate one. From what I understand the IRS has something to do with this. I hope the TT programmers and the IRS get on the same page to fix this.

Deterioration in Product

This product has deteriorated from prior years' by trying to force uploading directly from 1098 etc issuers. How many times do I have to say that I'll type in the data myself and have to continue navigating through the same screens? After many years of remaining loyal, I will definitely rethink buying this product again next year.

Excellent tax product. I have used it for so many years that I forget when i first used Turbo Tax. When my return was more complicated, Turbo Tax came through and was able to accommodate me in the interview session. There is strength in knowing that I can count on the Turbo Tax product. Thank you.
