Better product and service

I have been using Turbo tax for over 30 years and the product has remained more or less good. But the Service has each year in the past 5 years become better. Specifically, engaging tax professionals thru your live program makes it MUCH easier to wade thru doubts re: tax issues AND it's easier to engage process-oriented customer service to resolve where inputs go or SHOULDN'T GO. My recommendation is to advertise upfront the type of help that I am talking about, use examples, so the user has a sense of confidence that it fthey use your product/service it will be a reasonable experience and likely save say $1000 to $5000.
Finally, I would say if it "ain't broke don't fix it." You changed how one enters investments various 1099s. I was a bit annoyed because it was different than previous years and I am not sure if I like the change.

Frustrated after years of use, looking around now

Have used this product since 2007, this year it was unable to import from 2023 and repeatedly crashed while inputting data. Many items for my wife and I Schedule C's would not update unless I shut down Turbo Tax and restarted. Quitting Turbo Tax would then take upwards of 20 mInutes. I kept getting the "oops we hit a snag" message. Some items like Other expenses in the schedule C did not appear. I only found them by going the IRS Form and inputting data directly and which has never shown up in the updating of the turbo Tax worksheets. I hate to say it but I think I'll be looking around for an alternative next year.
