a little disappointed that you need to retype names, addresses etc.

Redundant Questions Added This Year

I especially dislike the new format for 1099 input. Why in the world do you have to ask me if the 1099 is for "interest" "dividends" "sales", etc when I already told you on the previous page that I was going to input a 1099-INT (or everything else I put in). A COMPLETE waste of time.

Turbo Tax makes the tax season tolerable!

The application for home and business made working through the tax period tolerable! The application was good to use, and it provided the needed support materials to gain a full understanding if there needed to be clarification.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

TurboTax Needs Some Work

Version 2024 is not easy to follow there are confusing ,not referring to the tax laws, but rather the means of entering the data. You keep changing the format year to year. So not only do we need to learn the new tax codes, but we need to learn the different TurboTax format. In the past you had an understandable format, I know some entries will change BUT keep the same format year to year. No need to change. Another point. I had trouble installing the down load version, ordered the CD and that did not work either (on two computers). Tech help did not help. On line people had the same problems.
I think TurboTax needs to do some work on their program.
